1. Who publishes this site

prowave.online is published by NICE connection s.r.o., Dlouhá 715/38, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, company number 19245858, VAT number CZ19245858, contactable at info@prowave.online. In these terms, "Prowave" means this website and "the publisher" means that company.

2. What the site is for

Prowave is an informational publication. It describes and compares free-download online vehicle combat games for desktop computers and explains related questions for readers in Australia. Reading it creates no account, no contract for the supply of anything and no ongoing relationship with the publisher.

3. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice, financial advice, consumer-law advice, security advice for a particular situation, or professional advice of any other kind. General information about Australian consumer rights, classification or online safety is included as a pointer to the public bodies that publish authoritative material, and their publications govern where this site and they differ. This site states no price for any title, for the reasons given on the method page.

Prowave links to sites operated by other people, including game publishers, an advertising partner and Australian public bodies. The publisher does not control those sites, is not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices, and does not endorse them by linking to them. Following an external link takes you outside this site and outside these terms.

World of Tanks and all other product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. Prowave is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Names are used only to identify and describe the products discussed, which is ordinary descriptive use and not a claim to any right in them.

The text, layout, stylesheet and script of this site are the publisher's own work. You may read, print and quote from the site with attribution. Republishing substantial parts of it commercially requires permission, which can be requested at the contact address above.

7. Availability

The site is provided as it stands, and the publisher does not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of error. Pages may be changed, corrected, withdrawn or reorganised at any time. Corrections are welcome and are the fastest way to have an error fixed; see the contact page.

8. Liability, and what cannot be excluded

That limitation is subject to an important qualification. If the Australian Consumer Law applies to the supply of anything through this site, certain consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, and nothing in these terms attempts to do so. Where a liability cannot lawfully be excluded but may be limited, it is limited to the minimum extent the law permits. 9. Acceptable use

Read the site, link to it, and quote it. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, to access parts of the server that are not published, or to use automated means to place load on it beyond ordinary crawling. The site is fully open to search engine crawlers and its robots.txt allows all of them.

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established. If you are a consumer in Australia, that choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws that would apply to you anyway, including the Australian Consumer Law, and does not prevent you from bringing proceedings in the courts that would otherwise have jurisdiction.
